Chef Q started Authentic Cooking and Catering service back in 1993 out of his home kitchen. Feeding his family, friends, community and the homeless. Doing everything from lunch for radio stations staff, fireman and policeman; to catering weddings, birthday parties and the most elite board meetings in downtown Chicago. His goal initially was just to make ends meet to feed his young and growing family. Yet his passion and ruthless ambition would lead him to opening the doors of several of his own restaurants throughout the upcoming years. While they were unable to sustain due to the owners of those buildings being envious of his success and attempting to duplicate his draw for themselves. Chef Q never lost his ambition to leave a great legacy for his family and next generation. So here we are in 2021 with a fresh start!
